Plaster adhesion primer with colouring capability

• Easy application. 
• Characterized by deep penetration into the substrate and the creation of a slightly rough surface.
• Reduces the risk of micro-cracking in the final coating. * It is ideal for external thermal insulation systems. 
• Ensures uniform drying and contributes to the colour stability of decorative plasters.
• Its fine grain size helps to reduce the consumption of decorative plasters. 

Composition & Characteristics: 

Aqueous polymer dispersion solution, enriched with quartz sand of selected particle size and special improving additives. 

Application: 

• The substrate must be stable, dry and clean. 
• Before application, the contents of the plastic container must be thoroughly stirred. The substrate must be firm, stable and solid, and the surface must be firm and stable. In case of dilution, it is recommended that the contents be consumed within 2-3 days. Within these time limits, the separation of the phases after dilution does not affect the properties of the product. In this case, good stirring is recommended. 
• It is applied to surfaces by roller, brush or special automatic spraying device. 
• The coated surface is ready for plastering after drying in 4 to 8 hours depending on the weather conditions and the type of substrate.
• The application temperature should be between +5 oC and +35 oC. 

Packaging & Storage: 

In 17 kg containers and 4 kg in pallets. - In sealed containers and in a dry environment, protected from frost and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight for 12 months from the date of production. 

Consumption: 

approximately 250-350 g/m2 , depending on the thickness of the layer, the dilution and the type of substrate
