Knauf Fugen is a versatile dry putty mix designed for interior applications, featuring a gypsum binder with polymer additives. The color variations in gypsum dry mixes, ranging from white to grey and even pink, are attributed to natural impurities present in gypsum stone.
Applications include:
- Seam Sealing: Ideal for sealing joints in gypsum plasterboard Knauf-sheets (GKL) with thinned and semi-circular thinned edges, using reinforcing tape.
- Crack Repair: Suitable for sealing joints, repairing cracks, and addressing other potential damages in gypsum plasterboard Knauf-sheets (GKL) and gypsum-fibre Knauf-super-sheets (GFB, GFB).
- Surface Puttying: Perfect for thin-layer puttying on flat concrete and plastered surfaces.
- Gypsum Boards: Well-suited for thin-layer puttying on gypsum plasterboard and gypsum-fibre sheets.
- Joint Filling: A reliable choice for filling joints in prefabricated concrete elements.
