Waterproof high strength quartz adhesion primer (brown)

PS PRIMER is used as a primer to improve the adhesion and water repellency of surfaces. Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces.
After application, a layer of optimum adhesion is created, with high mechanical strengths and full water repellency. It is ideal as a primer for surfaces to which waterproofing systems, pressed cement mortar, etc. will be applied.
It has excellent resistance to permanent moisture and can be left exposed to the outdoor environment without risk of rain damage.
Homogeneous, ready-to-use, industrial product of consistently high quality. Ensures good workability, increased application speed, is economical and provides excellent results.

Recommendation & Features:

Aqueous polymer dispersion solution, enriched with quartz sand of selected particle size and special improving additives.

Application:

* The substrate must be firmly dry and free of all residues (plasters, powders, paints, oils, etc.)

* Before application, the contents of the plastic container must be thoroughly stirred. Further dilution of the contents with water is not recommended.

* Apply to surfaces with a roller, brush or with the special automatic spraying device.

* The coated surface is ready for use after drying in 4-6 hours depending on weather conditions and type of substrate.

* The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C.

Packaging & Storage:

- In 20 kg, 5 kg, 1 kg containers on pallets.

- In sealed containers and in a dry environment, protected from frost and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight for 12 months from the date of production.

Consumption:

Approximately 200-300 gr/m2, depending on the thickness of the layer.
